This a preliminary planning (August 5, 2024). Check this page regularly, as we might adjust some of these dates by a few weeks, until the end of 2024.

• Monday, January 27, 2025: registration opens.
• Friday, April 18, 2025: registration closes.
• Friday, May 9, 2025 we will notify the accepted participants.
• Wednesday, May 30, 2025: deadline for the payment of early bird registration fees.
• Wednesday, June 13, 2025: deadline for the payment of regular registration fees.
• Monday, July 21, 2025: start of the school.
• Friday, August 1, 2025: end of the school.
